  • In most cases, love in our lives is incomplete. That incomplete love is one which makes a drastic change in our life.

Cover and Title

Unrequited which means one side love or love which is not returned. What else represents love than a heart. I especially loved the title because I am a person who believes everyone has some love in their life which is unrequited.

The cover is simple but I still believe that it could be improved. I loved the back cover which shows broken heart than the front cover.

Plot

The book contains 9 short stories of love which is unrequited. A plus point of the book is that all the 9 stories in the book are unique and shows some kinda versatility. Starting from teenage love to   But I felt a couple of the short stories widely predictable (PS: This is purely based on how well you think and how well you read other books)

Language and Vocabulary

A smooth vocabulary and writing skills are maintained throughout, its simple English and the author is able to express her thought and emotions and this is very important for short stories because the pace of the stories moves fast and if the story does it gives the author only some time to express.

What I liked
  • The uniqueness of the 9 short stories is a plus.
  • The picturization and flow of emotions is penned down perfectly
What I didn't  like
  • The predictability of a couple of the short stories
