The cover of the book could have been drastically improved. But as the saying goes "Never judge a book by its cover. But one thing could be pointed out is the images of industries in the background of orange and black which depicts something sad.
The title "The Leader" is always an impactful one, the story of someone who leads path of a revolution

Plot
The plot is depicted in place of latter part of the 20th century where Mumbai, then called Bombay had undergone a major strike the textile industry. Now, whenever a strike is made it makes an impact on the certain part of the society especially if it is a working class who normally works for daily wages if they cut off a strike and lose their jobs which makes an impact on their families,
Now those were the days where workers were paid less for what they do and considering the number of workers who worked in the sector was nearly 250000. They needed someone who can speak for them.
The Great Bombay textile strike was a textile strike called in 1982 by the mill workers of Bombay under trade union leader Dutta Samant. The purpose of the strike was to obtain bonus and increase in wages.

Simple English is used in the entire storyline. The manner in which the characters are presented is commendable

What I didn't like
- The detail characterization, each and every character in the book is explicitly described in a peculiar way which gives the insight of the happenings very well
- The story presentation, since it happens in a nontechnology era which person like me has not lived under, it actually something to learn and understand the situations then

- No negatives to talk about as such
