The dream of a owning a house is something which we all prone to the middle class are ones in India and end up taking financial loans to buy houses and repaying them the reaming part of their life for the sake of having their own dwelling where others dont ask them to vacate. 

The plot is of a couple M.B and his wife Roshini who plan to buy their house in the Capital city New Delhi, ending to buy a house which is under construction which gets delayed due to some reasons. This results having a rough time with the couple . The landlord of their house and his son makes an impact in MB life . There are other characters with equal importance like his NRI brother and a beautiful lady staff Malathi Patel. 

Admits all this confusions and dramas what will be the state of his house and will M.B. get back life back on track ?
Language and Narration
The language used is simple , but a beautiful narration to the plot which makes the readers indulged in the book 
What I liked

  • Versatility of the characters of the book
  • The flow of emotions penned down beautifully
What I didn't like
  • The book missed continuity in the later part of the plot which is unacceptable , but could have been improved
